Fuchu miso has a history older than Kyoto and is said to inherit a 400-year tradition.Currently, Miso is making the best use of its special features at each store to make miso rooted in the region.As an opportunity to let everyone know about Fuchu miso, we are holding a miso making experience and a miso brewery tour.
