A 38,000 mXNUMX city park centered on an athletic plaza and a children's plaza
Fuchu Park, which is right next to Shumujizo, is a city park of about 38,000 mXNUMX.
In spring, about 200 cherry blossoms (city trees) and wisteria bloom all at once in the park, and it is crowded with groups and families who enjoy cherry blossom viewing. In the summer, you can enjoy wisteria and Oga lotus, and in the fall, you can enjoy the autumn leaves by looking at the mountains.
In 1991, Oga lotus made a circle of friendship between "Musashi Fuchu (Fuchu City, Tokyo)" and "Bigo Fuchu (Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture)", which are the same city names. I took over "Oga lotus" as a memorial because I wanted to entrust it to take root.Since then, we have planted Oga lotus in Fuchu Park to entertain visitors every year. (The best time to see is from mid-July to early August)
* Oga lotus blooms early in 2021, and is in full bloom in early July.
Spring is crowded with cherry blossom viewing visitors. You can also enjoy cherry blossoms at night.
Around the pond with the fountain, there are cherry blossoms and wisteria trellis.
